Minimum Stay:
Weekly stays available from June 1 to August 31. Week running Saturdays and ending Saturdays.

Deposit Request:
In order to guarantee accommdations, a deposit of $300.00 must be received in the form of a personal or bank check. At least 30 days prior to the vacation date, the rent in full is due.

Cancellations & Changes in length of stay:
All cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival date for guaranteed refund, less a $10.00 processing fee.

Payment:
Balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. We accept personal, bank, travelers checks. Personal checks accepted for the purpose of advance payment only. For you and your family's comfort and well being we must continue our "NO PETS ON PROPERTY" policy, unless previous notification is given.
